A top blogging tip - inspiration is at hand

So many of us start our blogs with unbridled enthusiasm, words tripping gaily from finger-tip to web page. With manic diligence, we regularly dispense morsels of knowledge to our fledgling audience.
Blogging - it's easier to come up with ideas than you ight think
Your precious blogging audience - your readers. There they sit, fluffy little baby cuckoos, gagging mouths agape, all-of-a-quiver, hungry for a scintilla of insight here, a sprinkling of wit there. But before long, that ol’ devil called inertia creeps in and we find ourselves struggling to keep up the momentum. What was before an unstoppable flood of ideas bubbling up every week has dwindled to an arid trickle.
Don’t despair!
Help is at hand from an unlikely source. Our old friends(?) from California’s Mountain View have the answer. A relatively little-known service from Google, known as Google Alerts, could be the answer to your prayers. It’s as simple as it’s clever. Go to the Google Alerts page and enter your area of interest into the search bar. Before you know it, you’ll be receiving a stream of relevant articles and insights. This regular supply can be a godsend. But there’s more to Google Alerts than just a supply of ideas for blogs. You’ll also be able to enhance your own ‘authority’ by responding to these articles with your own contribution. So – it’s win-win all the way!
Google Alerts. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.
